Impressive, but it seems like noodles that were cut at very different times are all in the same broth. Did you try the noodles? Are some of them soggier? Or is the cooking time not that important?
He appears to be a pro at it. I wonder if he gets paid extra for his noodle carving skills.
The noodles are amazing. I suppose some are cooked longer than others but I’ve never noticed any major difference. Some are just more firm and variety is the spice of life. I usually get the spicy beef variety.
