    Great presentation, was that corn-flour based dumplings frying on the side? Good idea. Nice cross fade.

    I like the way she slaps them into the pan.

    The guy above me is way off base with the corn flour comment. Pretty sure those are some kind of fluffy egg puffs. Not dissimilar to the fluffy egg puffs you might find in the wild.

    Looks good, I would eat that for sure!
